FedEx/USPS: My package was lost or damaged during transit. What do I do?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We know this can be frustrating.

To report a damaged or lost package, please send an email to the Customer Service Desk at within 30 days of placing your order.  Emails are typically answered within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

You can also call 855-981-8080.  If we are not able to answer the phone, please leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you ASAP.
