My order arrived, but something is missing. What do I do?

Whoops. Our mistake!

If you ordered hay, please check along the sides of the box.  We pack smaller items in the hay to save on shipping.

To report a missing item in your order, please send an email to the Customer Service Desk at customersupport@smallpetselect.com within 30 days of placing your order.  Emails are typically answered within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

You can also call 855-981-8080.  If we are not able to answer the phone, please leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you ASAP.
