How do I track my order?

What if I don’t receive my package?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience!  Please email our Customer Service Support Desk at customersupport@smallpetselect.com,  we will reply within 24 hours and work to solve the problem.

Please contact your apartment complex office or check with your neighbors as DPD will sometimes leave with them.

What do I do if my package was damaged in transit?

If I do not live in the UK, how do I place an international order?

If you are interested, please email our Customer Service Support Desk at customersupport@smallpetselect.com with the following information so we can better assist you:

The primary reason is that hay, pellets, and pet food in general, are pretty heavy and do not work well for shipping long distances. The costs for shipping can be 3-4 X normal.

A Google search for 'mail forwarding' will yield a number of companies that you can pay to ship your products to them and then turn your order around and ship internationally.
Please Note:  These options will all be expensive and will vary between different providers.

We cannot recommend any particular Freight Forwarder.

FYI, if there is an issue with the order on arrival we will gladly replace your products or give you a store credit, but we will not be responsible for any shipping/handling costs associated with it, including the cost of shipping from the freight forwarder to your international address.  We will ship a replacement to your freight forwarder free of charge, as long as it is a United States address.  

If I have a problem with my international order, what do I do?

Will my auto-ship order get free shipping?

Orders for auto-delivery will receive free shipping if the total purchase is over £30. If it is under this amount a flat rate shipping fee of £3.85 is charged.  However, the fee is much less than the actual cost of shipping.
