My order arrived, but something is missing. What do I do?

Whoops. Our mistake!

If you ordered hay, please make certain the box was opened right side up and check along the sides of the box.  We pack smaller items in the hay to save on shipping.

To report a missing item in your order, please send an email to the Customer Service Desk at within 30 days of placing your order.  Emails are typically answered within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
